You will be responsible for providing assistance to the Area Retail Managers and Training Managers on the Benefit Cosmetics Travel Retail team as Field Coach Supervisor. You will be required to communicate on a daily basis about the Sell-Out with the Beauty Consultants and Retailers in your assigned region. You will be very focused on the field and will be responsible for all aspects of the Beauty Consultants’ day-to-day management and training.
